How do i remove all my cellulite with exercise?

I work out by strength training 2-3 times a week. I do the hamstring leg curls mostly and sometimes the leg press machine. Is that not enough to rid myself of this dimpled rearend?

Does walking help or just break down the fat and cause more cellulite?

What else can I do ! I want smoothness like a 14 year old. Im 22.
