How do you get rid of cellulite on your thighs?

I'm not even that big (I'm a size 5) and I'm so embarrassed by the cellulite on my thighs..but I can't seem to get rid of it.
Haha. Apparently Brandon thinks that I'm lying about my size. I have a picture up moron. Do I look like a size 16?
