How do you get rid of stretch marks and cellulite?

I'm young, so my skin is good and I'm hoping that will help. I don't have that much of either one. The cellulite is mostly on the backs of my legs, and the stretch marks are from when I was younger and they are on the insides of my thighs and a little bit on the sides of my stomach. Will losing weight help both of these to disappear?
