How to get rid of cellulite?

so i no u can buy stuff for cellulite like machines and i want to get rid of mine and make my skin really tight, i do'nt have a lot.. but still.. i was wondering if i brought a cellulite machine would it work.. i have $200 any one reccomend anything else. thanks.
