How to get rid of stretch marks and cellulite?

I'm going to be in cheerleading next year and I have stretch marks on my thighs, love handles, and arm pits. I also have cellulite on my rare end. How do I get rid of them?
What I use now for stretch marks is Alo Vera and Palmers Cocoa Butter formula Massage cream for stretch marks. But I would like something that would work over the summer.
