lose cellulite…..?

i am pretty fit except for the cellulite on the back of my thighs. im 5'5'' and weigh like 110 pounds. whats the fastest way to lose the cellulite? and dont just say "exercise and eat right" cuz i know that already. anyone have any suggestions?
