what is a good home machine that builds thigh muscles?

hello
i have cellulite in my thighs and they are not firm AT ALL, i have a baby so i totally don't have time to go to the gym. I need to buy a fitness machine for the house, not expensive and that can help me build muscled in my thighs especially the bakc side.
