What is the best shoe to tone legs, butt and reduce cellulite?

I have looked in to getting sketchers shape ups (which are around 110 dollars). I have also seen that reebok carries a shoe similar to this one. But just yesterday I heard that Avon carried something similar for only 39.99!! I just want to know if anyone knows which are good (that aren't so expensive)
