what is the most effective way to reduce cellulite?

does anyone know the most effective way to reduce cellulite? i mean which product can i pick up from cvs or sephora, nothing surgical or anything like that. i don"t have extremely bad cellulite, but i would like it if the tops of the backs of my legs were a little tighter... thanks!
